Terms of service

By using GoodGoods portals and fulfillment services, merchants agree that order data submitted is accurate, and that confirmation, warehouse, and COD outcomes depend on customer availability and local delivery conditions.

Service fees follow the published pricing schedule unless a written agreement says otherwise. Returned or unpaid COD orders may incur handling according to ops policy.
