What does GoodGoods do?
GoodGoods is a China-to-Nigeria fulfillment partner. We confirm COD orders by phone, source products in China when needed, store and pack in Lagos, and deliver cash-on-delivery with bike or car agents.
Do you offer COD delivery in Nigeria?
Yes. GoodGoods runs cash-on-delivery last-mile across Lagos and other Nigerian cities, with live status updates for merchants and customers.
Can you confirm orders before shipping?
Yes. Our confirmation team calls buyers to verify address, product, and COD amount so fake or incomplete orders are stopped early.
Do you warehouse goods from China?
Yes. Merchants can ship inventory to our Lagos warehouse. We receive, store, pick-pack, and hand parcels to delivery agents.
Which cities does GoodGoods deliver to?
Lagos is our primary hub. Delivery coverage expands by city routes — ask our team for current bike and car coverage where you sell.
How do customers track orders?
Share the public track page. Customers enter the order number and phone to see confirmation and delivery status.
Can I import many orders at once?
Yes. Merchants can create single orders or upload CSV batches for confirmation and delivery processing.
How is pricing calculated?
Fees for confirmation, warehouse, and delivery are applied when an order is created. See the live pricing page for current rates.
